TALIN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC is looking for compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurses to join our growing team in Northern Virginia! This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their lives every single day.

- Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home settings across Northern Virginia
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician
- Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management
- Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia in good standing
- Previous home health, private duty, or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience with Aloraplus is an additional bonus
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes throughout Northern Virginia (NOVA)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
