• Current and valid RN license required
• Prior experience working with pediatric populations or in school‑based settings strongly preferred
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive healthcare in a 1:1 environment
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, students, and families
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassion and patience in supporting students with unique healthcare needs

• Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care to a student throughout the school day and during school activities
• Implement medical plans and respond promptly to any health concerns or emergencies
• Monitor and document the student’s health status, communicating updates with families and school staff
• Assist with medication administration and procedures as prescribed
