We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care for patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, the CNA will deliver direct patient care, exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients, and communicate effectively with team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
