Matrix Medical Network offers in-home comprehensive health assessments performed by qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Providers review health histories, medications, and social factors to deliver a holistic view of patient wellbeing.
Visits are conducted at members' homes or SNFs with flexible scheduling and potential for full-time roles. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with mileage reimbursement and 401(k) benefits.
