Position: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for pediatric patients with varying acuity levels, including feeding tubes and trachs/vents
• Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs
• Maintain compliance with licensing and health requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not mandatory: six months of hands-on nursing experience
