Hours/week: Flexible based on coverage needs

License/Certs: Valid RN and CRNA Certification
Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred

Pay: $1.00/hour (additional compensation for on-call callbacks applies)

What You’ll Do

Provide anesthetic care for diverse surgical procedures and patient populations
Be available for scheduled on-call coverage, including nights and weekends
Respond promptly to on-call callbacks, with a minimum 2-hour notice
Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to develop anesthesia plans
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of anesthesia procedures
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need
Required:

Valid CRNA certification and unrestricted RN license
Prior experience in anesthesia practice
Ability to be on-call for night and weekend shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Experience with flexible PRN scheduling
Knowledge of local healthcare protocols
