Health Advocates Network - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN;
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility;
Measure and record vital signs and observe residents' physical and emotional condition;
Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the nursing staff;
