Commonwealth Senior Living - 500 Clinic Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program;
Administer medications for residents as prescribed by the physician and document actions;
Observe and document responses to medications and communicate with the Resident Care Director as indicated;
Maintain accurate medication inventories and records, including controlled substances;
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and participate in required in-service training
