Chase City Health & Rehab Center in Chase City, VA is hiring a full-time Wound Nurse – LPN to join our compassionate team. You will assess wounds, educate the clinical staff on wound care, and document care in the EMR. Qualified candidates hold a current Virginia LPN license, CPR, and preferably wound care certification. Experience in long-term, rehab, or memory care is a plus.
