Location: Woodstock
Valley Health in Woodstock, VA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Medical Surgical to oversee patient care delivery during night shifts. The role includes rounding on units, coaching staff, and resolving clinical and staffing issues in collaboration with nursing leadership.
Required are a BSN or a BSN in progress within 5 years, 5 years of acute/critical care experience with leadership preferred, and Virginia RN licensure eligibility with AHA certifications prior to orientation completion.
