- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and timely care.
- Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, staffing coordination, and clinical oversight.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nursing team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
- Respond to clinical concerns and support staff with problem-solving and decision-making.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Minimum of one year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care.
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and overall skills and may vary outside the posted range where permitted by law.
