Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to join our leadership team. The Nurse Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations, manages a team of nursing professionals, and ensures the highest level of care for our residents. Your leadership will play a key role in promoting quality care, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities of Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN):Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team
Ensure all nursing practices comply with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and oversee accurate documentation of care provided
Lead and coordinate shift assignments, ensuring proper staffing levels
Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
Monitor residents' health conditions, vital signs, and medical records
Respond promptly to emergencies and assess residents’ needs
Participate in care meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education
Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous learning
