This orthopedic outpatient clinic operates 4 anesthesia rooms under an MD supervision model with a 1:4 ratio. The facility maintains established protocols for quality patient care delivery across orthopedic surgical procedures. MDs provide supervision while CRNAs manage individual cases without MDs performing their own procedures.

This area offers diverse outdoor recreation opportunities including hiking destinations like Humpback Rocks and Crabtree Falls, along with Shenandoah National Park for year-round exploration. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients, and managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. The clinician will monitor patient physiological conditions and perform clinical interventions as needed under MD supervision. The position requires board certification and prescriptive authority.
