What You’ll Do

Provide anesthesia services to diverse patient populations in a hospital setting
Respond promptly to on-call requests, with minimum 2-hour callback when called in
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including weekends and long weekends at the facility
Maintain accurate documentation of administered services and patient interactions
Ensure adherence to all hospital and regulatory protocols
Support facility's mission of delivering high-quality anesthesia care

What You Need
Required:

Valid CRNA certification and licensure in Virginia
Prior experience as a CRNA preferred
Ability to handle on-call responsibilities effectively
Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

Experience working in a hospital or surgical center
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
