Location: Saluda
Aya Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a CNA / Nurse Assistant in Saluda, VA. The role is a 13-week assignment with a mids shift, 5 days a week, 8-hour blocks from 15:00 to 23:00.
Starting 09/21/2026, you’ll work in a SNF/LTC setting with charting in EPIC/Point Click Care and a 60-bed facility. Qualifications include 1 year experience and BLS certification, with hands-on skills in bed alarms, turning/repositioning, ambulation, hygiene, and vital signs.
