What You’ll Do

Provide anesthesia services during off-site night and day on-call shifts
Respond to beeper calls within a 2-hour minimum callback at an agreed-upon rate
Cover long weekends in Fredericksburg, with lodging provided for Friday/Saturday/Sunday night shifts
Participate in on-call duties, including standby coverage during weekends
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all cases
Support facility protocols and uphold patient care standards in a hospital setting

What You Need

Valid CRNA certification and Virginia state license (or eligibility)
Prior experience in anesthesia preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and respond promptly during on-call shifts
Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts
