Position Summary As an LPN, you will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring resident health status, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.
Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes
Provide direct nursing care while ensuring resident comfort and dignity
Assist with care planning and resident assessments
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Current Virginia LPN License Current CPR certification (required)
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
