What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care during scheduled procedures in various settings
• Respond to on-call emergencies with prompt availability
• Cover night shifts and weekend on-call duties, including long weekends in Fredericksburg
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services
• Participate in staff meetings and quality assurance activities

What You Need:

• Current state license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred but not required for PRN work
