Travel RN - Med​/Surg - Hospice​/Palliative Care

American Traveler is hiring an RN Hospice Case Manager for a home health setting requiring prior hospice experience and a VA or compact RN license.

• Active VA RN license in hand, or proof of compact license, required at time of consideration
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Prior hospice experience in a home health setting required
• Specialty experience within the last year required

• Home health hospice case manager role
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs
• Serve as case manager coordinating hospice care for patients in the home health setting
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap in employment before returning as a traveler
• Keep requested time off to a minimum, ideally no full calendar weeks off and no more than 7 total days during the assignment
• All time-off requests must be submitted with initial application and confirmed prior to assignment start
