Seasonal Park Attendant - Weekends

The Town of Luray Parks & Recreation Department is now seeking applications for Seasonal Park Attendants– Saturdays and Sundays Only from June through mid-October. The pay rate is $20 - $22 an hour based on experience. There are no benefits and hours are between 20 to 29 hours per week. Must possess valid Virginia Driver’s License. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age, able to operate a UTV, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with limited supervision.

Duties include monitoring park property, providing general information to the public, assisting with and supervising recreational activities, processing shelter rentals, fee collection, general park maintenance, conducting overall peak hour operations, and other related work as directed.
