Grounds Maintenance Technician – Full Time at Massanutten Resort
The Grounds Department at Massanutten Resort is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self‑driven individual to join their team as a Grounds Technician. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for well‑kept grounds, then a Grounds Technician job at Massanutten is the place for you!
Job DescriptionResponsible for carrying out basic landscape functions safely and efficiently on assigned areas with little or no supervision. Duties include weed eating, mowing, and mulching. Ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Good communication skills. Four‑day workweek with every weekend off.

Full‑time
Schedule- Rotating Monday‑Thursday one week – Tuesday‑Friday the next.
- Hours 7am‑5:30pm
- 4 day weekend every other week. Weekends (as needed). Overtime (as needed)
