Overview
We re Hiring!! We re currently looking for self-motivated and responsible crew leaders to start immediately! We are extremely busy and continually growing. Come grow with us, ample opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Must be able to manage time will
- Have the ability to lead a crew and dictate daily tasks
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Great attitude
- Good work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Be mechanically inclined
- Pay attention to detail
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Work well with others
- Professional lawn care experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who possesses an excellent work ethic.
- A valid driver s license is a plus and a sign-on bonus is given after 90 days of employment for licensed drivers*
- Must be willing to learn, work at a rapid pace in all weather conditions and follow proper company procedures and guidelines.
