Veterinarian

Fork Union Animal Clinic is actively seeking a GP Veterinarian to join our practice in Fork Union, Virginia. We are a four-doctor, full-service GP/UC small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. We have served pets in Fluvanna County for over 30 years and are looking forward to adding a fourth doctor to our practice.

• Provide medical, surgical, and dental care as part of a small-animal GP team.
• Collaborate with a close group of 3 veterinarians and long-tenured support staff.
• Utilize on-site facilities including ultrasound, therapeutic laser, and full in-house Idexx labs.
• Work in a modern clinic with 4 exam rooms, a treatment area, isolation area, a surgery suite, and a designated cat room.

• Open to NEW GRAD candidates — great Mentorship Program.
• Base salary $100K-$130K, varying based on qualifications/experience.
• We are closed on weekends, which means no weekend shifts.

Fork Union is in Fluvanna County, about 1 hour northwest of Richmond, VA, and just 30 minutes from Charlottesville, VA. The area offers access to Charlottesville, home of the University of Virginia, Virginia Wine Country, and the Monticello Wine Trail, with outdoor activities such as hiking, paddling, camping, and mountain biking. Shenandoah National Park is about 1 hour away.
