Job Overview
Cabinet works Group is a leading manufacturer of kitchen cabinets with a focus on style and craftsmanship. The position requires hands‑on involvement in production and quality assurance on a flex‑shift basis.
Principal Functional Responsibilities- Understand and follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
- Work safely and as part of a team, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Communicate verbally clearly and concisely.
- Apply problem‑solving skills to maintain production quality.
- Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for at least nine hours per day.
- Inspect and audit product processes – incoming product, internal process, product audits, and finished product audits.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- One to three years of production experience in carpentry or a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
- Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to distinguish among colors and different species of wood.
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities (Excel, Word) and knowledge of QMS.
- Read tape measures and calipers; perform basic math and computer tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Team‑player and self‑starter able to work effectively without close supervision.
- Shift 2 (United States of America) – Full‑time (or part‑time flexibility available).
