Job Overview

Cabinet works Group is a leading manufacturer of kitchen cabinets with a focus on style and craftsmanship. The position requires hands‑on involvement in production and quality assurance on a flex‑shift basis.

• Understand and follow written or verbal instructions accurately.
• Work safely and as part of a team, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Communicate verbally clearly and concisely.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to maintain production quality.
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for at least nine hours per day.
• Inspect and audit product processes – incoming product, internal process, product audits, and finished product audits.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• One to three years of production experience in carpentry or a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to distinguish among colors and different species of wood.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities (Excel, Word) and knowledge of QMS.
• Read tape measures and calipers; perform basic math and computer tasks.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team‑player and self‑starter able to work effectively without close supervision.
• Shift 2 (United States of America) – Full‑time (or part‑time flexibility available).
