We are looking for support in quality management as

A typical day in this role looks like this:

• Responsibility for ensuring and continuously improving supplier quality
• Processing supplier complaints and monitoring corrective and preventive measures
• Supporting root cause analysis and effectiveness checks
• Conducting, planning, and following up on supplier assessments and audits
• Supporting the qualification and release of new suppliers
• Providing and analyzing quality-related key figures
• Participating in cross-departmental projects for process and quality improvement
• Close cooperation with the production, purchasing, development, and service departments in Germany, USA, and China
• Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001)

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• A fast, structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working method
• A confident appearance with good communication and assertiveness
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• A worldwide travel readiness (approx. once per quarter)
