Compensation Range: $25.92 - $32.79 per hour
Location: Daleville, VA

Responsibilities- Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished products.
- Identify and help resolve quality issues.
- Support quality procedures and compliance (QMS).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing.
- Communicate quality findings and support improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read prints/drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with inspection tools is a plus.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed.
