Compensation Range: $56,800 - $95,800

• Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements.
• Lead investigations into non‑conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints.
• Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis).
• Experience with ISO
  9001 or similar quality systems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead improvement efforts.
• HVAC/R experience is a plus.
