Test and document raw materials, in-process, final kits, and stability samples on Hematology & Coag platforms;
Conduct comprehensive data review to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness;
Troubleshoot instruments to minimize downtime and prevent workflow disruption;
Initiate out-of-specification (OOS) investigations and reports;
Perform investigative testing and performance qualification activities, including value assignments and instrument validation;
Oversee laboratory operations including reagent expiry monitoring and inventory management
