Quality Manager

Multi-billion-dollar international manufacturing company located in Rural Retreat Virginia is looking for a Quality Manager

• Ensure products and processes meet customer expectations, minimizing waste, and driving continuous improvement through QA activities and root cause analysis
• Coordinate quality activities within the Quality Department to ensure production of products are consistent with qualifying
• Analyze and evaluate quality metrics for quality and reliability improvement opportunities for finished product
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with and conducting audits for various certifications
• Lead the implementation of corrective actions through a change management process

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and 8+ years Quality Management or Supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience with quality standards, auditing processes and in-depth knowledge of industry regulations
• Strong exposure to Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles
