Judge Direct Placement seeks a Quality Manager to oversee food safety and quality programs in a USDA-regulated facility in Virginia. The role ensures compliance with USDA, FSIS, HACCP, and company standards to support safe, compliant production.
You will lead QA staff, perform plant inspections, investigate issues, maintain records, and coordinate with inspectors and production teams. A bachelor’s in food science and 3–5+ years in USDA food processing quality are preferred.
