Package Designer / Project Manager

The Package Designer / Project Manager serves as the central point of contact for all packaging projects, overseeing the complete packaging development lifecycle from concept through production implementation. This role is focused on project management, execution, compliance, cost control, supplier coordination, testing, and manufacturing integration rather than graphic design or marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project coordination across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
• Supplier management including sourcing, qualification, and ongoing communication to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Packaging execution from structural design validation to production readiness.
• Compliance oversight ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Cost control through material optimization, vendor negotiations, and process efficiency.
• Testing and validation of packaging components to meet performance, durability, and regulatory requirements.
• Production implementation including line trials, troubleshooting, and operator training.
• Cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and ensure seamless project execution.
