• Assist Senior Inspector as needed/directed and understand the duties and responsibilities of the inspector role
• Work with Senior Inspector to coordinate assigned “sections” of the community for inspection
• Physically inspect homes within the association/sub‑associations and manage/monitor/violate/escalate or close per community documents, standards, and policies and procedures
• Assist in reviewing & verifying VEC hearing minutes for all VEC hearings in accordance with the association’s policies and procedures
• Assist on‑site staff as needed/directed
• Email, phone, or meet in person with owners whose violations may need further assistance, and escalated to management as needed.
• Attend all VEC hearings and take notes to assist Inspector(s) and/or ACAM with meeting minutes
• Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed and directed by the Manager.
