Summary of Responsibilities:- Development or redevelopment of small retail properties:
- Design
- Work with civil engineers to develop site plans,
- Work with architects to design buildings
- Develop Budget
- Permitting
- Obtain entitlements and permitting as required,
- Obtain site plan approval
- Construction
- Obtain General Contractor bids for projects,
- Select General Contractor and negotiate construction contract,
- Oversee construction process
- All aspects of leasing for retail tenants:
- Find quality tenants
- Negotiate acceptable leases
- Lease management
- New Jersey
- Philadelphia, PA area
- Middleburg, VA
