• Meet with motivated homeowners considering selling
• Conduct listing consultations and pricing presentations
• Develop strategic pricing recommendations
• Secure listing agreements
• Guide sellers through the listing and selling process
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Maintain communication through our CRM and follow-up systems
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that generate referrals
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
• Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the homes key selling points and asking price
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Driven to increase listing inventory and income
• Professional, organized, and client-focused
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
