McDonald's - - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Manage assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure guest service staff deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed; train service staff; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for best service.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, food is safe, food costs are controlled, and kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; ensure new crew start well and are recognized and motivated.
