• Smile and greet guests.
• Ensure guests receive only quality products.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Wash dishes, sweep, mop, take out trash, and clean restrooms.
• Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and honest.
• Work with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift and keep it clean and welcoming for guests.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Meet physical demands required of the role (lifting up to 60 pounds; constant standing, walking, grasping, etc.).
• Love working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
