** POSITION:*
* ** PART-TIME CONCESSION/ F&B WORKER

* REPORTS TO:

Food & Beverage Supervisor/Food & Beverage Manager
**** FLSA STATUS:
Hourly Non-Exempt
**** POSITION SUMMARY
**** Part-time event based only
** This position works all Concession Functions. Functions serving food & beverage items.
** POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Fulfilling each guest’s order.
* Maintaining all Concession equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
* Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must.
* Position is very hands on.
* Other duties as assigned.
** WORK CONTACTS
** Daily contact with the Food & Beverage Manager, Supervisors and other convention center employees.  
** PHYSICAL EFFORT
** This position requires stooping and lifting.  Substantial walking and lifting of thirty pounds to the shoulder.
** WORKING CONDITIONS
** Works throughout the building.
** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
*** At least one year experience in a facility servicing meals for large events.
* Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
* Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
* Servesaf certified
* Attention to detail and service oriented.
* All applicants must be able to pass credit and criminal background check.
* Must be able to calculate any kind of monetary transaction.
