Shift Manager

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled by the franchisee.

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards.

• At least 18 years of age to serve as a manager.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality environments.
