As a Front of House Team Member, you are the face of our brand. You'll be the first to welcome our guests, ensuring every person walks away with our signature hospitality and a meal they love.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 18 years or older to apply
• Available to work Saturdays
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Works well under pressure
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented and ability to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs on a regular basis (re-stocking and cleaning)
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time (5-6 hrs)
