+ Coach, train, and develop crew members for success. + Keep the restaurant running smoothly during your shift. + Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met. + Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a smile. + Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily operational procedures. + Monitor labor, productivity, and restaurant performance. + Create a positive, energetic, and fun work environment where everyone can succeed.
