Position OverviewHermitage Country Club is seeking skilled, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bartenders. In this role, you will craft high-quality beverages and provide exceptional service to members and guests in a refined private club setting. The ideal candidate combines strong mixology knowledge with a polished, hospitality-driven approach. No experience needed, will train on the job!
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Maintain expert knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and club offerings
- Provide attentive, engaging service while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all ABC regulations
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently (if applicable)
- Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
