Morning Banquet Prep Cook
Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated culinary skills.

Hermitage Country Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Banquet Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in supporting banquet and event operations by ensuring all ingredients and dishes are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is an early riser with a strong work ethic, a passion for food preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for banquet service, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning
- Assist in the preparation of hot and cold menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for banquet execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to meet production timelines for events
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
