We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is more than supervising a shift. You’ll lead by example on the dining room floor, coach and develop service team members, maintain Grayson's luxury hospitality standards, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

The Restaurant Floor Supervisor serves as the bridge between the restaurant team and management, helping create an environment where guests feel welcomed and employees are empowered to succeed.

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and support staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities, menu features, and guest information.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout service.
• Monitor service flow, pacing, and guest satisfaction.
• Complete table touches and proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members during service.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Partner with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between the dining room and kitchen.
• Manage reservations, seating flow, and special guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with service, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, daily reports, and operational checklists.
• Step into service positions as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Help build a positive, professional, and team-focused culture.

• Minimum of 2 years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required.
