They support the culinary team by preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients in a clean and efficient manner, helping us deliver the bold flavors and fast service Popeyes is known for.

• Prepare Ingredients:
  Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables and other ingredients.
• Marinate or season food items according to Popeyes’ recipes and standards.
• Batch Cooking & Portioning:
  Cook or prepare food items in advance (e.g., rice, sides, sauces). Portion items accurately to reduce waste and ensure consistency.
• Follow Recipes and Guidelines:
  Adhere to Popeyes’ food preparation standards and recipes. Ensure food safety and portion control at all times.
• Keep Stations Stocked:
  Restock line stations with prepped items before and during busy periods. Rotate stock and label items with dates using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep prep area clean and organized at all times. Sanitize surfaces, tools, and equipment regularly.
• Assist the Kitchen Team:
  Support cooks and other kitchen staff with prep or cooking tasks as needed. Help with dishwashing or cleaning during downtime.
• Check Inventory:
  Alert management when stock is low or nearing expiration. Help with receiving and organizing deliveries.
