Ross Stores - - - Responsibilities:
Assist customers in any way necessary - register-trained, assist customers with merchandise, and answer customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Greet all customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the store and thanking them at checkout;
Maintain a clean, organized store by performing cleaning tasks and merchandising items per guidelines; Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and maintain presentation standards;
Follow loss prevention and merchandise protection standards and cash handling procedures
