Ross Stores - - - Responsibilities:
Open and close the Store and supervise Associates when functioning as Manager on Duty;
Maintain a friendy, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation;
Perform and supervise Front End operations including cashier training and line management to expedite customers;
Maintain safety and security, including EAS devices, cash office security, and incident reporting;
Oversee general merchandising, stockroom organization, back-stock processing, loss prevention, and administrative duties as assigned
