The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing quality customer service as well as making our delicious food with pride.

Provide Best in Class Customer Service
- Greet customers that enter the Domino’s store with a positive attitude
- Answer phones to assist with customers’ orders and other inquiries
- Take payments over the phone and in-store
- Assist customers with menu questions, specials and offer the best deals
- Upsell on orders by asking if customers want any sides
- Deliver car-side orders to customers using car-side delivery option
- Respond promptly to customer concerns or inquiries and correct any service issues
30%:
Assist with Store Operations
- Prepare ingredients by following the bin guide, date them, and refrigerate ingredients; rotate dough, etc.
- Operate store technology and equipment, such as store phones, make line module, starting/stopping the oven, washer and dryer, etc.
- Make products by stretching, saucing, and topping the product
- Process shoulder-surfing orders by making orders in advance and loading them when they appear on the makeline monitor
- Troubleshoot technology issues, such as fixing the label printer, troubleshooting the kiosk and card readers
- Box and top all Domino’s products

Maintain Image and Cleanliness of the Store
- Maintain image by wearing a clean uniform, and keeping the store clean and organized
- Maintain personal hygiene and company image standards (e.g., washing hands often, protective clothing as needed, grooming)
- Clean and sanitize the store and maintain all cleanliness responsibilities

Maintain Food and Team Member Safety
- Monitor expired food and discard expired product when necessary
- Mop spills, post “Caution Wet” signs, proactively clean hazards from floors
- Excellent customer service ability
- Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role preferred
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; eye–hand coordination for rapid and precise movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Most tasks are performed from a standing position with varying surfaces; height of work surfaces is between 36" and 4".

- Bulk product deliveries can weigh up to 50 pounds; cases are lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high

- Carrying objects such as cans and pizzas; moving trays of dough

- Move trays on dollies; force for pushing up to 7.5 pounds
Climbing
- Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders to perform maintenance or price changes
Stooping/Bending
- Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station; repetitive during the day
Crouching/Squatting
- Occasional stocking of shelves and cleaning low areas
Reaching
- Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; turning on/off oven controls and lifting
Hand Tasks
- Eye-hand coordination essential; frequent use of hands for dough shaping, cutting, and assembling boxes
