O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers;
Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and recommend items;
Maintain and secure cash drawer; process cash, checks, and credit card transactions;
Handle exchanges/returns per policy; resolve customer complaints;
Assist with planogram updates and daily store operations (stocking, facing, cleaning);
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan codes);
Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training;
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed;
Other duties as assigned
