Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, acting as brand ambassadors and creating energy around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in picking up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience through thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding, such as coverage demonstrations, plan benefits, and device/account troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Build relationships and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and hand off small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company’s success.
- Strong desire to learn and master the skills required of a customer advocate and to build meaningful connections with customers.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices.
- Ability to balance customer experience and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (40 hours) or part‑time (20+ hours) availability.
