Camper Services Attendant

The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Camper Service Attendant to join our team at Loft Mountainin Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. As a Camper Service Attendant, you will sell retail merchandise to guests, creating an excellent experience for our guests at all times.

$16.00 – $16.00 / hour

• Greets and acknowledges guests, answers guests’ questions and assists whenever possible, as well as processes returns, with the approval of the supervisor

• Stack wood bundles in the correct location
• Bag ice for sale

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems preferred
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills with the ability to accurately handle money and count change

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, walk up and down stairs, and climb on a step stool frequently
